NEW YORK CRIMINAL LAWYER SERVING SARATOGA, ALBANY, RENSSELAER, WARREN AND WASHINGTON COUNTIES

Discover your New York Criminal Defense in Glens Falls

Having a trained criminal defense attorney by your side is crucial to protect your liberty and your future. While our Federal Constitution states you are innocent until proven guilty, police and prosecutors alike all too often assume you are guilty from the moment of your arrest. You need a criminal lawyer who will fight for your freedom, your livelihood, and your reputation. With over 24 years of criminal law experience that includes hundreds of felony criminal matters, Larry personally handles every client matter from beginning to end keeping you informed through the process.

Where is your criminal case pending?

If you are charged with a misdemeanor or a non-criminal violation, your case will be heard and decided in a “local criminal court.” Your misdemeanor charge may be decided in a Town Court, City Court, or a Village Court.

If you were charged with a felony, your case may start in a Town Court, City Court, or Village Court, but it will most likely be transferred to a County Court Judge after indictment by the grand jury, for any agreed-to felony plea, or for a felony trial.

We focus on representing clients charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes in all New York State Courts in the following Counties: Saratoga, Albany, Rensselaer, Warren and Washington. While we work with people charged with crimes in other areas of New York State, we undertake those matters on a case-by-case basis.

Handling Serious Criminal Charges

Larry has successfully represented individuals in criminal matters throughout the Capital Region and Adirondacks. Every defense requires detailed preparation from Day One. Identifying all important facts and legal arguments to weaken the Government’s claims is crucial to your case. This is accomplished through dedication and hard work.

In New York courts, we obtained the dismissal of Attempted Murder in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon charges following a three-day pretrial suppression hearing; achieved the dismissal of all felony and misdemeanor charges in a claimed domestic violence incident; and caused the dismissal of all felony grand larceny charges as a result of pretrial suppression motions and hearing. Every result was achieved through a close working relationship with each client and tireless efforts to investigate and attack the Government’s case.
